Gold Country Seniors Alive is dedicated to providing quality educational, consulting and supportive services to seniors and mid-life individuals throughout the Gold Country and Sacramento regions.

Believing that later life can be a time of healthy growth and active engagement, Gold Country Seniors Alive offers simple and enjoyable strategies for aging well physically, socially, intellectually and spiritually.

Seniors Alive! A new television program exploring positive aging and other issues of interest to seniors and mid-life individuals. Hosted by Rev. Dr. Judith Pruess-Mellow; broadcast on Tuesdays at 8:00 pm and Sundays at 10:30 am on NCTV in Nevada County.

Creating Your Spiritual Legacy: The Mellow Approach.

Join Rev. Dr. Judith Pruess-Mellow for an exceptional Women’s Retreat in summer 2010. Explore and claim your own life legacy through journaling, small group sharing, creative arts, moving meditations, and music and prayer.
The cost for the retreat is $90, including meals (lodging separate).
